Today I’m reviewing a brand new collection from 5-free indie stamping polish brand Moonflower Polish! She’s released a GOR-GEOUS 5-piece Multichrome set that look amazing over both dark and white bases.
Hello friends! Today I am sharing Chrysalis – the Girly Bits Cosmetics contribution to this month’s The Polish Pickup. The Polish Pickup is a monthly themed box where a group of indie polish makers get together and create their own polish based on a theme for that particular month. You can then pick and choose which polish(es) you want to pre-order (no need to buy the whole box). The Polish Pickup Shop goes live the first Friday of each month at 11 AM EST and closes the following Monday at midnight EST.
September’s theme is Fall Foliage and Chrysalis is a stunning and unique addition!
Hi everybody!!! It’s a brand new month and you know what that means – a new Girly Bits Cosmetics Colour of the Month Duo! And it’s not just ANY month. It’s September. Fall. Autumn. Changing leaves. Back to school. Sweater weather. Pumpkins and Pumpkin Spice everything. And my Birthday. Although I’m sure the fact that Pam from Girly Bits put out the most gorgeous fall colours for this month’s duo for MY BIRTHDAY MONTH is strictly coincidental. I mean, I’m not fall-obsessed or anything right?? Let’s take a look-see at these beauties!

I grew up with the original My Little Ponies and had a pretty comprehensive G1 collection so when I heard China Glaze was doing a My Little Pony collection I must admit I was intrigued! I recently picked up three of the minis from this collection and have swatches for you today!
Today I have some beautiful stamping plates for review from Born Pretty Store. Both are rectangular in shape and are mounted on a thick plastic backing. They come with a blue protective film over them that you need to remove prior to use. Born Pretty Store plates are some of my favourite plates because I find them to be pretty much foolproof regardless of your stamping ability, and these plates were no exception!
Happy Sunday to all of you out there in nail land!! Today I am reviewing some Chameleon Cloud Nail Flakies (Item ID 39759, colour option #1) from Born Pretty Store. I have to tell you I was somewhat hesitant at first since most of these types of products are for use with gel polishes, and I don’t do gel. I had zero issues with using this product with my regular polishes though!

Tomorrow marks the sesquicentennial anniversary of Canadian Confederation. Essentially my beloved home and native land is turning 150 years old!!!! This is a HUGE deal here across Canada and in particular here in the capital city of Ottawa. For almost a year the country has been preparing to celebrate this special event. I thought I’d commemorate the event with some fun Canada Day nails!
