Happy hump day everyone! Today on the nails I have Zoya Rayne – a throwback from the Spring 2015 Zoya Delight Collection.
Happy April everyone, and long time no see! No no, I swear this isn’t an April Fool’s joke! It’s really me! I bring you some lovely pictures of a lovely polish – the Girly Bits contribution to April’s Polish Pickup theme – Works of Art.
Sun’s out guns out and it’s time to be sportin’ some ultra bright NEONS on your nails!!! Well how timely that I was surprised with this GORGEOUS set of neons by indie brand Moonflower Polish! These are some multi-purpose neons we have here – these bad boys not only stamp (yes I stamped all the neon things on my nails!) BUT they are fully opaque in two coats as a regular polish and get this….NO WHITE BASE REQUIRED! I see the intrigue in your eyes! So read on and prepare to be blinded!
Hello fellow nail polish lovers! If you follow along on my Instagram you would have seen that a few weeks ago I hopped a big train and made the journey from Ottawa to Toronto to cover the second annual Indie Expo Canada – the place where someone like me (and you) feels they’ve died and entered polish nirvana. I attended last year (you can read all about it here and here) and yet somehow Pam and her amazing team upped the ante and blew last year’s event out of the water!! Have no fear, if you couldn’t attend read on, because I have all the deets (and the pics!) for you below!
The Girly Bits Cosmetics theme for their monthly Hella Handmade Creation polishes is Harry Potter and this month they’ve created this mesmerizing pink iridescent flakie potion of sorcery called Addicted to Love. Can you guess the inspiration?? It’s the scene where Hermione and Ginny are looking at love potions at Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes and they are all lit in this gorgeous pinky-purple light.
